Join me for an adventure in innovative surface design. Using Colour Vie paints, learn to create with a variety of printing, painting and overpainting techniques on fibre. The focus is on topographical, aerial view, natural texture and grunge effects.
The paint is great to work with and offers no end of design possibilities, it can be applied thickly or thinly and cleans up with water. It is absolutely amazing to know how to create completely original fabric to make one-of-a-kind quilts and fibre art. This workshop requires space enough to spread out to paint, to dry fabric on racks and works best with an easy to wipe floor and access to a sink for tidying up. All levels.
